I sent them my turbos to be rebuilt, it took them 4 months to get them back to me, DSP supposedly had tested them before they sent them out. One turbo was leaking the minute i put them in. I sent that one back, they claimed they tested it again and there was no leak, but they will put new center cartridges in again if i sent them the other one back too. It took 8 months to get them back again. This time i never got to install them because my oil line fittings wouldnt mate up, and they didnt provide me with any that would. Apparently DSP used a different cartridge and expected me to just make it work. Eventually after many, many emails, phone calls, they didnt want to take the turbos back becuase it was out of their 1 year warranty, i had to threaten them with legal action before they would take them back and give me a full refund. this whole ordeal took over 2 years, and costed me alot of money and time that should have been simple bolt ons. I guess i got lucky by gettting my money back. Good luck Russ.
